The Winged Lion, a powerful symbol of a medieval Armenian kingdom of Cilicia, graces the Titizian family.
With a history dating back to 12th century town called Cassabella (Kessab), the family has been cultivating vineyards and producing wine for centuries.
Repatriating to Armenia in 1940s, Titizians were unable to carry on their winemaking legacy due to Soviet reign, until Luiza, a family descendant, took the bold step of revitalizing the tradition in 2021.
Winged Lion is not only a dream fulfilled for Luiza, but a renaissance of the family heritage.
